Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr advised Retailability on the recently concluded transaction for the sale of its Legit, Style, Swagga, and Boardmans businesses across South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, and eSwatini to various subsidiaries of Pepkor Holdings.

The transaction, currently in its implementation phase, remains subject to various regulatory and third-party approvals before full completion.
