Clifford Chance Adds Meghan Fox as Counsel in US Executive Compensation Team

The global law firm Clifford Chance has strengthened its Tax, Pensions & Employment (TPE) group with the hire of Meghan Fox as counsel in its US Executive Compensation team.

Fox brings over 15 years of experience advising public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising from M&A, IPOs, spinoffs, restructurings, and divestitures. She also counsels clients on the design and implementation of equity and cash-based incentive plans, as well as the negotiation of employment, separation, and incentive agreements — including their tax, securities law, governance, and disclosure implications.
