The elite global law firm, Davis Polk advised Verisk Analytics, Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior notes due 2030 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% senior notes due 2036. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering.
