Eversheds Sutherland advised Three Hills on investment in Sinewave

The global law firm Eversheds Sutherland advised Three Hills on its investment into Sinewave, an independent connection provider (ICP) offering end-to-end grid connection services to the electric vehicle and renewable energy sectors.

Three Hills is a private markets investment firm specialising in providing bespoke capital solutions to entrepreneurs and management teams in Europe and North America, and has invested in Sinewave through its dedicated impact investment strategy.
