Hogan Lovells Advised Azerion On Sale Of Whow Games To DoubleDown Interactive

Hogan Lovells advised Dutch Azerion Group N.V. on the sale of Whow Games GmbH, a publisher of social casino games headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, to DoubleDown Interactive. The initial consideration for 100% ownership of Whow Games is EUR 55 million (approximately USD 60.5 million). An additional earn-out payment of up to EUR 10 million is contingent upon Whow Games meeting certain performance targets.
