King & Spalding advised Baker Hughes on $540 million acquisition of Continental Disc Corporation
King & Spalding advised Baker Hughes Company on its definitive agreement to acquire Continental Disc Corporation and its subsidiaries from an affiliate of Tinicum Incorporated, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $540 million.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
The acquisition will enable Baker Hughes to strengthen its industrial pressure relief product offerings and expand its portfolio across critical safety and reliability applications in the energy and industrial sectors.
