The global law firm Kirkland & Ellis advised IK Partners on the close of its fourth Small Cap fund, the IK Small Cap IV Fund, which reached its hard cap with commitments of €2 billion in less than six months since launch.
The successful close highlights IK Partners’ strong market position and investor confidence in its small-cap strategy, which targets investments in growing European businesses across its core sectors and regions.
