Kirkland & Ellis Advised King Salman Park Foundation on US$1 Billion Mixed-Use Development District

The Global Law firm, Kirkland & Ellis is advising the King Salman Park Foundation, in partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and SEDCO Capital, on the development and construction of a US$1 billion mixed-use development district in Riyadh, as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The project will create a vibrant urban neighbourhood within the King Salman Park, one of the world’s largest urban parks, and a key pillar of Vision 2030. The development comprises over 600 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, 45,000 square meters of office space, and a variety of retail and service facilities, spanning a total area of 106,000 square meters. The project sets a new benchmark for sustainable, mixed-use design in Riyadh and underscores the strength of the Kingdom’s real estate investment ecosystem.
