Kirkland & Ellis advised TPG Capital on financing for acquisition of Infomedia

Kirkland & Ellis advised alternative asset management firm TPG Capital on the debt financing for its acquisition of Infomedia. The acquisition was announced on August 6, 2025. Infomedia shareholders will receive AUD $1.72 per share in cash, representing an implied equity value of AUD $651 million and an enterprise value of AUD $579 million.
