Linklaters Advised Syrena Real Estate On Sale Of PRS project To Xior Student Housing

Linklaters has advised Syrena Real Estate, a Warsaw-based investment and management real estate company, on the sale of its first private rental sector (PRS) project to Xior Student Housing NV, a Belgian public company specializing in the student housing sector.

The building, located in Warsaw’s Wola district at the intersection of Goleszowska and Wolska Streets, was acquired by Syrena Real Estate from Dantex Holding in 2022. Following completion of finishing works, the property was commercialized, offering 400 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor and 117 modern, fully furnished and air-conditioned apartments.
