Nishimura & Asahi advised KRAFTON Inc. KRX:259960, a global IP company headquartered in South Korea, on its capital participation in ADK Holdings Inc., a holding company for advertising agencies.

This strategic capital participation includes the transfer of the largest shareholder of BCJ-31 Inc., which holds shares in ADK Holdings, from Bain Capital to KRAFTON.
