Norton Rose Fulbright Advised Syndicate of Lenders on US$300 Million Facility for Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret A.Ş.

The global law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright, advised a syndicate of lenders on a US$300 million financing facility extended to Turkish construction company Nurol İnşaat Ve Ticaret A.Ş., a subsidiary of Nurol Holding A.Ş., with Nurol Holding A.Ş. acting as guarantor.

Emirates NBD and First Abu Dhabi Bank acted jointly as the Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners on the transaction. Akbank AG, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C., and Commercial Bank of Dubai P.S.C. participated as Mandated Lead Arrangers. The transaction highlights strong regional lender support for Turkish corporates and reflects growing appetite for cross-border financings in the construction sector.
