Global law firm Osborne Clarke advised BGF on its investment in technology service provider PMC.
Founded in 2001, PMC is based in Abingdon near Oxford and provides consulting, professional services, digital engineering and managed services to over 120 retail, commerce and technology customers across 24 countries. The business is investing in a new global centre of excellence in Vadodara, India, which will expand PMC’s team to more than 1,000 around the world.
The minority investment deal was led by Duncan Wade and Harry Kernick, investors in BGF’s Reading team, who will both support the PMC board and the wider leadership team's growth strategy.
