Paul Hastings Advised Financing Sources in €1.1 Billion Refinancing of MotoGP Debt Facilities

Paul Hastings advised BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs, acting as global coordinators and arrangers, as well as the lenders, in connection with the refinancing of Dorna Sports, S.L. (MotoGP) first lien Term Loan B, Term Loan A, and multicurrency revolving facility for an aggregate amount of approximately €1.1 billion.

MotoGP, a subsidiary of Liberty Media Corporation, is the exclusive commercial rights holder of the FIM MotoGP World Championship, Moto2 and Moto3, the electric series MotoE, the FIM Superbike World Championship, and the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship.
