Sidley Austin LLP represented Lumen Technologies as antitrust counsel in connection with its US$5.75 billion sale of its mass markets fiber-to-the-home business in 11 U.S. states to AT&T. The deal marks a strategic step in Lumen’s transformation into a premier enterprise-focused digital service provider. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
