The major international law firm, Simmons & Simmons advised ArchiMed on the sale of SuanNutra, the nutraceutical ingredients subsidiary of Suanfarma, 23 December 2025. The transaction involves the sale of SuanNutra, a business focused on health-enhancing food-derived products, marking its transformation into a standalone global leader in the nutraceutical ingredients sector.
ArchiMed, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare investments, acquired Suanfarma in 2021, and since then, SuanNutra has expanded significantly, reflecting ArchiMed’s strategy of building market-leading businesses.
