White & Case advised Committed Advisors on €227 Million Peugeot Invest Portfolio Acquisition

White & Case LLP advised Paris-headquartered private investment firm Committed Advisors SAS on its acquisition of a significant portfolio of fund interests from Peugeot Invest for a total consideration of €227 million.

The portfolio comprises more than 35 private equity funds managed by 22 general partners and includes the transfer of €68 million in unfunded commitments. The consideration will be paid in three instalments over an 18-month period.
