The international law firm primarily dedicated to Africa-related legal matters, Asafo & Co., advised Adenia Partners on the sale, alongside Proparco, of OCS Group’s operations in Morocco and Senegal to a consortium led by Retail Holding, together with pan-African investment fund Amethis.
Established in 2009, OCS provides integrated services combining catering and facility management across Morocco and Senegal, operating under several established brands and serving institutional and private-sector clients. Since Adenia and Proparco’s investment in 2021, OCS has more than doubled in size, expanded its service offerings, strengthened governance and management processes, and integrated robust ESG standards across its operations.
The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
