The deal is a step to enhance ground services in the aviation sector and is directed toward achieving Vision 2030
Dentons has advised the Asyad Group, a prominent Saudi holding group on 49 percent acquisition of Swissport Saudi Arabia Ltd, a subsidiary of the Swissport International Group.
While the Asyad Group has business interests in aviation, infrastructure and other sectors, the Swissport International Group provides ground-handling services at major airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The transaction will enable both Asyad and Swissport to jointly drive the development and growth of the aviation ground services sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards achieving Vision 2030.
