DLA Piper Advised Frontline Healthcare Partners in Integracare Inc. Acquisition

DLA Piper advised Frontline Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on investments in distributed healthcare businesses, in its acquisition of Integracare Inc., a private-pay home care company. Integracare represents the sixth portfolio company investment made by Frontline.

Cowan co-led the deal with the firm’s US Corporate Practice Chair Andrew Gilbert (both Short Hills/New York), with support from Russel Drew (Partner/ Toronto) with Rachel Myung (Counsel/ Chicago) and Donato Rosati (Associate/ Toronto).
