Morgan Lewis represented Eurazeo, Trocadero Capital Partners, and Bpifrance in relation to their reinvestment in Eowin, a leading industrial document management business, which assists companies in creating, managing, and enhancing their content. The investment entails the refinancing of senior debt, the convertible bonds issued by Eowin in 2023, and supporting the management’s shareholding increase.
