Taylor Wessing Advised Mistertemp’ Group on Acquisition of Klemme Personal and Entry Into The German Market
Taylor Wessing, led by Munich based partner Dr Philip Cavaillès has advised the French Mistertemp’ group, a leading European provider of recruitment and temporary staffing services, on all legal aspects of its acquisition of the German company Klemme Personal GmbH.
With this transaction, Mistertemp’ group continues to consistently pursue its European expansion strategy and enters the German market for the first time. The acquisition follows the group’s successful market entry in Spain in 2024 and complements its existing presence in France and Italy. Mistertemp’ group aims to position itself as a leading pan-European player in the temporary staffing and recruitment sector through its technology-driven franchise model.The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
