The Malaysian law firm, dedicated to providing solution-oriented legal services to its clients, Wong & Partners advised DKSH Performance Materials (DKSH) on the proposed acquisition of AIC Ingredients Sdn Bhd, March 30, 2026, Kuala Lumpur. The acquisition includes the entire business of AIC Ingredients, a Malaysia-based manufacturer of functional food ingredients. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to customary conditions.
The acquisition will enable DKSH to establish a strong third pillar in Malaysia while strengthening its regional blending, formulation capabilities, and manufacturing presence. It also reinforces DKSH’s long-term strategy to deliver innovative, scalable, and locally relevant food technologies to its customers.
