ADG Legal Signs MoU with Chance Bridge Law Firm (PRC)

ADG Legal (United Arab Emirates) and Chance Bridge Law Firm (PRC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate a strategic partnership. The agreement, announced in June 2025, is aimed at helping Chinese companies navigate market entry into the Middle East and Africa.

The collaboration was highlighted during a seminar titled “Doing Business in the Middle East and Africa”, focusing on helping Chinese investors and companies understand the opportunities and risks in these regions.

The MoU emphasizes cross-border services, leveraging Chance Bridge Law Firm’s expertise in investment and dispute resolution, alongside ADG Legal’s extensive experience in the Middle East and Africa.

The partnership is expected to cover a broad scope of legal services, including corporate law, commercial transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance, supporting international clients with complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
