She holds a Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law, an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution and Economic Law (Honors, Merit) from Queen Mary University of London, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her dissertation work included valuation standards in bilateral investment treaties.

Dr. Kamel Elshendidy – Partner, Litigation

Dr. Kamel Elshendidy serves as Head of the Egypt Office at Habib Al Mulla and Partners and focuses on litigation and corporate matters.

He holds a PhD in Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law (Excellent) from Cairo University, where his research examined the regulatory and contractual framework of Venture Capital and Private Equity. He also earned his LL.M. and LL.B. from Cairo University.

Ali Dakhlallah – Partner, Litigation
