The leading global law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, has appointed Tebogo Moloko as Director in its Corporate practice, based in Johannesburg.
Tebogo brings extensive experience in private equity and M&A, including corporate reorganisations, managed disposals, complex black economic empowerment (BEE) transactions, and cross-border M&A. He also advises on the establishment of employee share ownership schemes and corporate governance matters, having worked with clients across sectors such as private equity, mining, automotive, water, and telecommunications.
He joins the firm from Bowmans, where he was most recently on secondment at a financial institution assisting with equity investment and equity finance matters.

Tebogo’s appointment follows a series of senior additions to the firm’s Johannesburg practice this year, including Spencer Naicker and Ziyanda Ntshona, along with the promotion of Stewart Payne.
