Dr. Diab holds multiple advanced qualifications, including a Master of Laws in Criminal Law and Commercial Law, a PhD in International Law and Legal Studies, a diploma in criminal sciences, and specialized arbitration certifications, including FIDIC contracts and international commercial arbitration. He is a registered arbiter with several arbitration entities and an active member of professional legal committees in Egypt and Kuwait.
