Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has obtained a license from the Ministry of Justice to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The development underscores the firm’s commitment to its robust regional functions and collaboration with Alsabhan & Alajaji, a strategic alliance initiated in 2018. The co-operation has, over the years, enabled the two entities to work seamlessly as an integrated team, offering comprehensive legal services across various practice areas to domestic and international clients.

With the foreign law license, Pinsent Masons will operate under the banner of Alsabhan & Alajaji Pinsent Masons. The move further solidifies the firm’s commitment to its clients and aims to strengthen its regional practice and presence.

Meanwhile, Partner Tim Armsby will relocate to Riyadh, and along with Partner Peter Blackmore, he will represent Pinsent Masons’ interests from the firm’s offices in the capital city.
