Ibrahim’s market reputation and technical strengths align exceptionally well with our clients’ needs in the Kingdom. His appointment underscores our continued commitment to building a market-leading presence in the region.”

Alexander Malahias added,

“I am delighted to welcome Ibrahim to the Riyadh leadership team. He brings senior capability across M&A, projects, and development mandates, and I look forward to working closely with him as we continue to expand our offering for clients in the Kingdom.”

Academically, Siddiki holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University, a Legal Practice Certificate from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, where he also served as President of the Law Society.
