She left Dentons after working at the Budapest office for five years

Central and Eastern European firm Kinstellar has hired senior deals lawyer Annamária Csenterics to co-head its Hungarian corporate M&A team.

She will work along with local corporate M&A co-head Gábor Gelencsér. The latter joined the firm in 2019 from CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang Ormai és Társai. They will be supported by Budapest-based M&A partner Anthony O'Connor, who co-heads the firm's Southeast Asia desk.

With over two decades of experience in private practice and in-house, Csenterics' focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A. It includes dispositions, joint ventures and strategic transactions, including spin-offs, split-offs and exits. Her clients include corporations and private clients in Hungary, Europe, and the US.

Having earlier worked at Dentons for over five years, Csenterics also served at Weil Gotshal & Manges. Prior to that, she worked in-house at the InterCom Group and PwC. She was a counsel-for-hire at Hudson Global Resources and an associate at Hogan & Hartson.
