She has assisted various clients in different sectors such as e-commerce, IT facilities services, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies etc. on their early stage investment, employment agreements, non-compete, confidentiality, intellectual property licensing agreements, advertising agreements and privacy policy. She has developed considerable expertise in the areas of privacy and commercial contract laws. Angelina graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
