Arpita Sen

An alumnus of the National Law School of India University, Arpita has over 25 years of experience as a General Counsel and trusted legal advisor. Arpita has held leadership roles at ING, AOL, Qualcomm, Exide Life and HGS. Arpita has set up and led legal departments of various sizes and has experience in divestments, structuring, restructuring M&A, asset sales etc. Arpita was recently recognized for her leadership and contributions to the corporate legal sector in India and honoured with a Certificate of Excellence at the House of Commons, acknowledging her outstanding achievements and impactful leadership.
