Dentons Advised AD Ports Group On AED 570 Million Logistics Real Estate Transaction In KEZAD
Dentons advised AD Ports Group on AED 570 million logistics real estate transaction in KEZAD
The global law firm Dentons advised AD Ports Group on the AED 570 million sale to Aldar Properties PJSC of two built-to-suit logistics warehouses located within Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD). The assets, leased to leading occupiers Noon and Emtelle, attracted strong interest from over 30 local, regional, and international investors, highlighting the growing depth and liquidity of the UAE’s logistics real estate sector.
Hazel Shakur-Quinn, Partner and Head of Middle East Real Estate at Dentons, said,
"This transaction reflects the increasing depth and maturity of the UAE logistics real estate market. Investor appetite for high-quality, income-generating assets remains strong, underscoring Abu Dhabi's position as a key gateway for trade, manufacturing and investment across the region. We are looking forward to the next transaction in this exciting sector."
The Dentons team was led by Hazel Shakur-Quinn (Partner and Head of Middle East Real Estate), with support from Kanishka Singh (Partner, Projects), Joe Carroll (Counsel, Real Estate), and Jennifer Davis (Senior Associate, Construction).
