Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP advised Direzione Lavoro Group S.p.A. on compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Requirements and its transition to B-Corp status
The international law firm, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP (“Curtis”) advised Direzione Lavoro Group S.p.A. on a project aimed at ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), strengthening ESG integration, and supporting the company’s transition to Benefit Corporation (B-Corp) status.
The mandate included reviewing and enhancing internal procedures, defining ESG KPIs, and collecting internal sustainability impact data, with the objective of preparing Direzione Lavoro Group’s first sustainability report in line with the evolving European regulatory framework. On December 10th, 2025, the Curtis team presented the project’s initial findings and operational roadmap to the Board of Directors. Curtis will continue to support Direzione Lavoro Group S.p.A. throughout the CSRD implementation process, the preparation of sustainability reporting, and the achievement of SB status and B-Corp certification.
The Curtis team was led by Gaia Morelli (Counsel), with support from Teresa Massaro (Associate) and Federica Rocco (Trainee), and was assisted by outside counsel Cristiana Serva on ESG-related and strategic matters.
