Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Announces Expansion of Management Board
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas has added four lawyers to its management board. In a Press Release, the Firm announced, “As our Firm continues to grow and evolve, we are pleased to announce the expansion of the Management Board to nine members, to align with our commitment to infuse fresh leadership at our Board level.”
The four new members appointed to the Management Board are:
• Naval Satarawala Chopra
Each of Raghubir, Prashant, Naval and Shweta bring over 20 years of experience, and is qualified to practice in India and in some overseas jurisdictions, and holds a strong reputation as a market leader. Each of them is committed to building the Firm and we are confident that they will lend their unique and fresh perspectives for shaping the future of the Firm.
The existing senior Board members, Shardul S. Shroff (Executive Chairman), Mrs. Pallavi S. Shroff and Akshay Chudasama (Managing Partners), Jatin Aneja, and Ms. Gunjan Shah, will continue to serve as continuing members of the Management Board, in order to provide a blend of senior leadership and fresh young leadership to collaboratively take the Firm to new heights.
The Firm welcomed the new Board Members and wished them much success in their new roles.
