Nived Vinayak Tayal

Nived is a Legal Counsel working with Nestle India, He has 6 years of professional experience in Litigation, compliance management support, drafting agreements and providing marketing inputs. He is a Subject expertise in the areas of Food Laws & Consumer Laws and has a thorough experience in EHS laws. He is presently looking after Pan-India Litigation (Food laws, criminal laws and Environment litigation) for Nestle India, along with providing Marketing support to Business. He has recently completed a Post Graduate course in Environment laws from NLU-Delhi.

He has previously worked with a law firm wherein he looked after litigation with respect to labour laws, IBC, Food laws and Consumer laws. He has also has worked with Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd as Manager-Legal looking after Litigation, statutory and non-statutory compliances for four states of India.
