Vignesh Ram Hariharan

An alumnus of the Australian National University, Vignesh heads Legal and Operations, at Novistra Capital, where he provides strategic counsel on cross-border transactions, data privacy, and multi-jurisdictional compliances. Prior to his tenure at Novistra, he contributed his expertise as a member of esteemed in-house counsel teams at Hinduja Global Solutions and Exide Life Insurance Company Limited. Beyond his corporate endeavours, Vignesh is actively engaged in academia, collaborating with various law schools across India.
