The deal is valued at approximately US$ 1 billion
The Mumbai-based real estate company Lodha Group has partnered with Bain Capital and Ivanhoe Cambridge to develop next-generation green digital infrastructure platform.
Together, the firms aim to establish one of the largest pan-India investment platforms for investments in the digital infrastructure space. These include logistics and light industrial parks as well as in-city fulfilment centres.
Law firm Anagram Partners advised the Lodha Group on the deal.
