AZB & Partners advised ePointZero on joint venture with Adani Green Energy affiliate

The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners represented E Point Zero Holding (“ePointZero”), the energy and infrastructure platform of 2PointZero and part of the International Holding Company group, in relation to its joint venture with an affiliate of Adani Green Energy Limited to develop, construct and operate renewable energy assets in India.

Minerva Holding RSC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ePointZero, will act as the joint venture platform through which projects will be undertaken. Adani Green Energy Limited’s investment represents up to a 20% stake in Minerva Holding.
