AZB & Partners Advised HSBC On Wendt Gmbh’s Stake Sale In Wendt India

AZB & Partners advised HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, acting as broker, in relation to the offer for sale by Wendt GmbH of its entire 37.50% shareholding in Wendt India Limited. The offer for sale was undertaken through the stock exchange mechanism.

The transaction aggregated to a deal value of INR 606 crores and marks a significant strategic divestment by Wendt GmbH, highlighting continued investor interest in listed Indian entities.
