The leading law firm in India, AZB & Partners is advising USV Private Limited (USV) in connection with its acquisition of Nutritionalab Private Limited, an India-based company operating in the nutraceutical and direct-to-consumer (D2C) segment. The target has a diversified product portfolio comprising vitamins, minerals, protein, collagen, omega supplements, and other wellness products. The transaction is valued at approximately INR 1,600 crores.
