CAM advised on the initial public offer of quite shares aggregating to INR 52,350 million.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the book running lead managers, namely, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, Morgan Stanley India Company Private Limited, BofA Securities India Limited, and Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited ("BRLMs").

Delhivery is the largest and fastest growing fully integrated logistics player in India (in terms of revenue for Fiscal 2021), which provides a full-range of logictics services.

Delhivery operates a high-quality logistics infrastructure, working with a vast network of domestic and global partners.

The Offer comprised a fresh issue of 82,152,503 equity shares of Delhivery aggregating to INR 40,000 million and an offer for sale of 25,364,585 equity shares of Delhivery aggregating to INR 12,350 million, for cash at a price of INR 487 per equity share.

The Offer also included a reservation of 432,900 equity shares aggregating to INR 200 million for eligible employees and a discount of INR 25 per equity share was offered to eligible employees.

The equity shares of Delhivery were listed on the stock exchanges on May 24, 2022.
