The Adani Group, through its subsidiary AMG Media Networks Limited, will acquire a 29.18 percent stake in NDTV. It has launched an open offer for another 26 percent stake in the media house.
NDTV made its announcement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) about the acquisition.
