Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Novo Tellus Capital Partners in relation to a USD 150 million investment by the TPG Group in Tessolve Semiconductor Private Limited

The leading Indian law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Novo Tellus Capital Partners (“Novo Tellus”), an existing shareholder in Tessolve Semiconductor Private Limited (“Tessolve”), in relation to a USD 150 million investment by the TPG Group (“TPG”) in Tessolve. Tessolve, backed by Hero Electronix, is a leading semiconductor engineering services company.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas had also previously advised Novo Tellus in 2021 on its initial investment of approximately USD 40 million in Tessolve.
