 DSK Legal advised Iqoniq Shelters on INR 88.58 Crore Pune Land Acquisition

DSK Legal advised and assisted Iqoniq Shelters LLP (“Iqoniq”) in relation to the acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 18,996 square meters, situated at Village Hadapsar, Taluka Haveli, District Pune (“Property”), previously owned by Silver Jubilee Motors Limited.

The scope of DSK Legal’s role included:

• (i) Conducting detailed due diligence and issuing a comprehensive Memo on Title;
  
• (ii) Advising on the overall structuring of the transaction;
  
• (iii) Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising all transaction documents, including the Deed of Conveyance, Power of Attorney, and related deeds, letters, and ancillary writings; and
  
• (iv) Overseeing the execution and completion of the Deed of Conveyance, Power of Attorney, and other ancillary documents.

Transaction Value: INR 88,58,25,000 (Indian Rupees Eighty-Eight Crores Fifty-Eight Lakhs Twenty-Five Thousand only).
