The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Trinity Life Sciences on the Indian law aspects of its strategic multi-jurisdictional acquisition of EVERSANA’s advisory services operation in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East, specifically on the India acquisition structured as a slump sale on a going concern basis. In conjunction with the acquisition, Trinity and EVERSANA entered into a strategic collaboration to benefit shared life sciences clients in the region.
The firm advised Trinity on all India-related legal aspects of the transaction, including legal due diligence on EVERSANA India, structuring the India transaction, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing transaction documents relating to the India slump sale, and advising on all Indian regulatory aspects. Trinity was advised by Holland & Knight LLP for this multi-jurisdictional acquisition, with the main deal team comprising Lindsay Sheehy, Madeleine Williams, and Matthew Forcino.
