Khaitan & Co Advised Credila Financial Services On Filing UDRHP–I For ₹50,000 Million IPO

Khaitan & Co advised Credila Financial Services Limited on the filing of its Updated Draft Red Herring Prospectus – I (UDRHP–I) in connection with its proposed initial public offering (IPO) aggregating to ₹50,000.00 million.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹30,000.00 million and an offer for sale aggregating up to ₹20,000.00 million.
