Khaitan & Co advised Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited (“Jupiter”) on the acquisition of a 2-acre land parcel, designated for the establishment of Jupiter’s third hospital in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The total investment in the project is estimated at INR 400 crore, further strengthening Jupiter’s presence in the region.
