Khaitan & Co Advised Kaynes Technology India Limited On Its Qualified Institutions Placement

Khaitan & Co advised Kaynes Technology India Limited as Indian legal counsel in relation to its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of 28,72,788 equity shares with a face value of INR 10 each, at an issue price of INR 5,569.50 per share (including a premium of INR 5,559.50 per share), aggregating to approximately INR 16,000 million.

Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and Axis Capital Limited acted as the lead managers to the transaction.
