The deal, valued at ₹412 crore, marks a significant step for Max Healthcare in expanding its reach and offering high-quality healthcare services in Western India.
ALMT Legal represented Zulekha Healthcare Group UAE, the seller, with a comprehensive team led by Statira Ranina (Senior Partner) and Sheetal Mishra (Principal Associate). Their expertise covered the entire transaction, including legal, tax, and real estate matters. Senior Partner Aliff Fazelbhoy and Principal Associate Diya Gabija provided tax guidance, while Senior Partner Ryna Karani and Senior Associate Vishal Vora handled real estate and property aspects.
